Spatial intelligence for everyday business

Ask your space
anything.

We scan your shop, restaurant or campus into a photoreal 3D digital twin. You draw a box around any real place in it — a counter, an aisle, a table, a corridor — and type a question in plain English. The cameras you already own do the rest.

Works with your existing CCTV Twin live in 48 hours No facial recognition. Ever.

The problem

Your cameras already saw it.
Nobody was watching.

A typical shop records around 2,900 hours of footage a month. Almost none of it is ever opened. Footage is a write-only medium — you only reach for it after something has already gone wrong.

Meanwhile every question worth asking is sitting inside it. Which hours actually convert. Why the evening queue collapses. Whether the counter was staffed during the rush. Which end-cap earns its space. Answering any one of them today means somebody scrubbing a timeline for an afternoon — so nobody ever does.

  • Cameras are named, not placed. “Camera 4” means nothing. “The billing counter” means everything.
  • Analytics products ship fixed questions. Yours is never on the list.
  • Enterprise vision costs enterprise money. A single shop was never the customer.

Drag a box. Ask a question.

Below is a digital twin exactly like the one we build from your premises. Drag a rectangle over any part of it — the counter, an aisle, a doorway — then ask it something. Switch to Orbit to rotate it, or hold Shift while dragging. Scroll to zoom.

If you can describe it to a new employee, you can describe it to SentrixShield. That is the entire specification.

Grounded to a place

A watch belongs to a physical region, not a camera. Move a camera, add a camera — the watch keeps working.

Thirty seconds, not six weeks

A new question is a new box and a new sentence. There is no integration project and no ticket to us.

How it works

One walkthrough. Then it just answers.

Five steps from a room nobody is watching to a space that reports on itself.

Book the scan

Tell us the address and rough floor area. Our operations desk in Madurai confirms a slot, usually within two working days.

Day 0 · 5 minutes

We walk your space

A technician makes one slow pass with a 360° rig. Nothing is drilled, mounted or rewired. You stay open while it happens.

Day 0 · 20–90 minutes

Your twin goes live

We reconstruct the walkthrough as a Gaussian splat and register each of your cameras into it, so the system knows what can see where.

Day 1–2 · automatic

Draw and ask

On a 45-minute call we set up your first watches together. You draw the regions that matter and say what you want to know.

Day 2 · 45 minutes

It reports back

Dashboards fill in, alerts route to WhatsApp, and a weekly digest lands on Monday morning. Add a new question any time.

Day 2 onward · continuous
A 360-degree scanning camera on a tripod, with the room behind it dissolving into a point cloud

What actually happens during a scan

  • A single continuous pass.

The technician walks a route that sees every surface from at least three angles. Roughly one minute per 60 sq ft.

  • Camera registration.

Each existing camera's position and field of view is solved against the reconstruction, so every pixel maps to a real place.

  • Nothing is installed in your ceiling.

The only hardware we leave behind is a small edge appliance next to your recorder. It draws about as much power as a router.

  • Re-scan when you change the layout.

Included once a year. A refit, a new counter, a shifted aisle — the twin catches up in a day.

Capabilities

What a watch can actually see

Every one of these is a region plus a sentence. None of them requires a bespoke model, a site visit, or a change to your cameras.

Footfall & dwell

Counts, unique passes, stop rate, median and P90 dwell — per region, per hour, per weekday.

Queue & wait time

Depth, duration above threshold, modelled wait, abandonment risk, and the exact windows to staff.

Aggregate demographics

Anonymous age-bracket and gender-mix estimates with time-of-day variance. No identity, no matching.

Conversion funnel

Entered → reached → engaged → transacted, with the leak isolated to a region and an hour.

Shelf & planogram

Stock-out detection, facing compliance, time-to-replenish, and which gaps cost you the most.

Table turn & service

Seated-to-service latency, bill-to-vacated delay, covers per hour, and where the evening actually slows.

Staff presence

Coverage gaps at a counter or station, response latency, and uniform or hygiene compliance where it is required.

Safety & obstruction

Blocked fire exits, crowding thresholds, slips and falls, spills, and restricted-zone entry.

Attendance & occupancy

Gate reconciliation, room occupancy against capacity, changeover density, late-arrival patterns.

Loss prevention

Non-scan patterns at the till, after-hours motion, stock-room entry outside permitted windows.

Vehicles & parking

Bay occupancy, dwell at the loading door, delivery arrival logging, unrecognised vehicle at a gate.

Anything you can describe

If it is visible and you can say it in a sentence, it is a candidate. Ask us about yours.

Built for the places nobody builds for

One platform. Very different questions.

A kirana owner and a school principal want completely different things from the same technology. The twin is what makes both cheap.

Retail & kirana

Where the money leaks is almost never where the owner is looking.

  • Queue depth and staffed-counter alerts at the till
  • Shelf availability on your fastest-moving run
  • Entry-to-purchase conversion by hour and day
  • Which display earns its floor space

Restaurants & QSR

Most owners blame the kitchen. It is usually the fifteen minutes after the bill.

  • Table turn time and covers per hour
  • Seated-to-first-service latency by section
  • Kitchen-pass ticket delay and plate hold time
  • Hygiene and uniform compliance at the pass
A school classroom with students at desks

Schools & colleges

Configured conservatively by default: aggregate counts, tight retention, documented notice.

  • Gate headcount reconciled against the register
  • Corridor and stairwell crowding at changeover
  • After-hours presence and restricted-area entry
  • Lone-student-after-hours escalation
Why this, and not the other thing

Four decisions that make it work for a single shop

A violet selection frame hovering inside a dense point cloud
01 · Spatial, not camera-first

You point at a place, not a device

Every other system makes you think in cameras. Ours makes you think in counters, aisles and doorways — which is how you already think about your own business. Watches survive a camera being moved, replaced or added.

Anonymous luminous silhouettes moving through dark space, trailing data paths
02 · Edge-first by design

Your video never leaves the building

Analysis happens on a small appliance on your own network. What crosses the internet is a structured event — a count, a duration, a threshold breach — and, only when you arm an alert, a 20-second clip. Bandwidth stays under a gigabyte per camera per month.

A quiet field of aqua particles with one zone flaring amber
03 · Backtested before it fires

Every alert shows its own history first

Before a rule is armed we replay it against your last thirty days and tell you exactly how often it would have fired. You tune it against your real space, not against a benchmark. Alert fatigue is a design failure, not a fact of life.

Particle streams condensing into abstract chart ribbons
04 · Priced for one site

A shop, not a chain, is the unit

No seat licences, no minimum estate, no annual commitment to get started. A single-location business pays a single-location price and gets the same engine a fifty-branch chain runs. That is the whole point.

Where we draw the line

We do not do facial recognition.

Not as a setting you can turn on. Not on request. A surveillance analytics company that will not identify individuals is a deliberate constraint, and it is the reason schools and clinics are willing to talk to us at all.

Straight answers

The questions we get first

No. If your cameras speak RTSP or ONVIF — which covers effectively every system sold in India in the last decade, including CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, Godrej and Secureye — they work as they are. The only hardware we add is a small edge appliance that sits beside your existing recorder.
It is a way of representing a real place as millions of small, soft, coloured volumes rather than as flat polygons. The practical effect is that a twenty-minute walkthrough produces a model you can fly through that actually looks like your shop — reflections, clutter, signage and all. That fidelity is what makes it usable as an interface: you recognise the counter because it looks like your counter, so pointing at it is obvious rather than a training exercise.
No, and it is not an option we can enable. We store no face templates, keep no identity database and never match a person across visits. Demographic figures are anonymous aggregate bracket counts computed and discarded in the moment. This is a product boundary, not a configuration — it is set out in full on our trust page.
By default, no. The edge appliance analyses video on your premises and emits structured events — counts, durations, threshold breaches. Those events, and only those, are what synchronise. When you arm an alert you can choose to attach a 20-second clip so you can judge it from your phone; that clip is the only video that ever leaves, and you decide whether to enable it.
Analysis continues. The appliance keeps running every watch locally and queues events until the link returns, then backfills. You lose real-time alerts during the outage, not the data.
Honestly: counting, dwell and threshold detection are strong and we will stand behind them. Inference about intent is weaker, and we label it as such inside the product rather than dressing it up. Every watch also shows its backtest against your own last thirty days before you arm it, so you are judging performance in your space rather than trusting a number from ours.
Tell us and we re-scan. One re-scan a year is included on every plan; additional ones are charged at a flat rate. Watches attached to regions that still exist carry over automatically.
Yes. The pilot is thirty days at one site with unlimited watches and no lock-in. If it has not told you something you did not already know, you stop and owe nothing further. Start on the contact page.
